Heavy-Duty Galvanized Steel Construction
The core strength of these barrier container seals lies in their massive metal framework. Manufactured from premium galvanized steel, the New Fork Seal physically locks the central keeper bars of the shipping container doors together. Even if the hinges or standard latches are attacked, the container doors cannot be swung open. To secure the barrier, it utilizes our high-security Neptune Seal bolt lock, ensuring that the system can only be removed at the destination using heavy-duty industrial cutting tools.

Dual Customization for Absolute Traceability
To prevent parts from being swapped or cloned by sophisticated thieves, these barrier container seals feature a dual-marking system. Customization and numbering are permanently engraved on BOTH the galvanized metal bar and the bolt lock seal. We provide sequenced numbering up to 6 digits, alphanumeric numbering possibilities, and custom text up to 20 characters. To fully integrate with digital port systems, bar-code possibilities are also available.
Bulk Packaging for Freight Operations in India
To assist your dispatch teams, the bolt lock can be colored, and painted galvanized steel bars are available on request in red, green, yellow, or orange.
Due to their massive size and heavy-duty construction, these barrier container seals are packaged specifically for heavy logistics distribution: packed securely with 25 pcs per carton. The carton size is 50x20x15 cm (19″ 11/16″ x 7″ 7/8″ x 5″ 29/32″), with a dense carton weight of 15 kg (33 lb).
