Fully approved to ISO 17712:2013 High Security Seal standards, these heavy-duty barrier container seals are designed to completely immobilize your cargo doors. In order to avoid any possibility of unauthorized container doors opening, the device locks the two central barriers of the shipping container as tightly as possible, using an adjustable sequence of holes on the metal bar for a perfect fit.

What sets the FORK SEAL C apart from standard barrier container seals is its advanced metallurgical treatment. Thanks to its technical measures, the Fork Seal is a remarkably safe product because the steel is CARBONITRITED. This intensive hardening process makes it extraordinarily difficult for thieves to cut the seal, even with heavy industrial tools. To further prevent tampering or counterfeiting, both the metal bar and the locking seal share the exact same numbering and customization, making it impossible to reproduce the device without exorbitant costs.

Ensuring strict traceability across your supply chain is paramount. These barrier container seals utilize durable hot print engraving directly on the closure pin. We offer sequenced numbering up to 6 digits, and customization up to 15 characters. Upon request, your corporate logo can be included. For absolute security, the logo and progressive numbering are permanently identical on both the massive metal bar and the locking seal, with the progressive numbering also engraved directly onto the metallic pin itself.
Bulk Packaging for High-Security Operations
While the standard material is galvanized steel, painted galvanized steel variants are available on request in red, green, yellow, or orange to match your fleet’s visual routing requirements.
Due to their heavy carbonitrited steel construction, these barrier container seals are packaged specifically for secure logistics distribution: securely packed with 25 pcs per carton. The carton size is 50x20x15 cm (19″ 11/16” x 7″ 7/8” x 5″ 29/32“), with a solid carton weight of 15 kg (33lb).
